Hi Everyone!
The year has gone by so fast! I can hardly believe it´s almost 2009. This last year, I competed in 6 figure competitions: Ironman, Arnold Amateur, The Emerald Cup, the Cal State, USAs, and Team Universe. I won my class at the Cal State and was 8th at the USAs. More importantly, I met some wonderful people and made some great friends! So, overall, I was pleased with my year.
I was also happy to begin working with the J.S. Nitro supplement company. They have great products that have been developed based on human research results. If you´re interested in obtaining some J.S. Nitro products, please let me know or visit their website at http://wwww.jsnitro.com.
At this time, my plans for 2009 include competing in the Arnold Amateur, and then concentrating on the national shows in pursuit of that pro card!
